NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 100 of the Articles of Association of M/s. Pondicherry Agro Service and Industries Corporation Limited, Puducherry and in supersession of all previous orders issued in this regard, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to appoint Shri. Hage Kojeen, I.A.S., Secretary to Government (Agriculture) as Chairman of the Board of the said Corporation until further orders.

This issues with the clearance of the Elections Department, Puducherry vide I.D. No. E. 100/2011/MCC-FC/ 212/1110, dated 6-4-2011.

CHANGE OF NAME

I, Bruno Paul Julien Goutaland Rosset De Greysier (for short Bruno Paul), Christian, aged about 57 years, son of late Rene Goutaland, residing at No. 8, Manorandjidam Street, Solai Nagar, Muthialpet, Puducherry-605 003, do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm and state as follows:

1. I am the adoptive father of 'Aravindaraj Bruno', natural son of S. Antony Ravi and A. Mary Ambiga by virtue of adoption made on 1-2-2009 recorded in a deed of Memorandum of Adoption, dated 25-12-2010 and registered as Document No. 1357/2010 of Book-4, in the District Registrar's Office, Pondicherry, and declared valid by an order and decree, dated 22-2-2011 in G. O. P. No. 16/2011, on the file of the Honourable Family Court, Pondicherry.

2. The said adoption entitles and enjoins the adopted to have the surname of the adopter, namely, myself to his own name by virtue of 347 of the French Civil Code as in force in the Union territory of Puducherry.

'Aravindaraj Bruno Goutaland Rosset De Greysier' and shall at all times thereafter in all records, deeds, writings and in all proceedings, dealings and transactions, private as well as public, and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name of 'Aravindaraj Bruno Goutaland Rosset De Greysier' and in substitution of his former name, 'Aravindaraj Bruno'.

4. I hereby expressly authorise and request all persons at all times hereafter to designate and address the said 'Aravindaraj Bruno' by the assumed name of 'Aravindaraj Bruno Goutaland Rosset De Greysier'.

I submit that my name was mentioned as 'Manojkumar alias Madan' in my Birth Certificate, my name was mentioned as 'Manoj Kumar alias Madhan' in my India Driving Licence, my name was mentioned as 'Manoj Kumar. T.' in my Secondary School Leaving Certificate and Transfer Certificate, my name was mentioned as 'Manoj Kumar Madhan' in my Election Identity Card and my name was mentioned as 'Manojkumar' in Tamil in my Family Ration Card. I state that the names 'Alexander', and 'Singaraya Alexander Arokianathan' are relating to one and the same person, i.e., myself.

I depose that I made this affidavit in lieu of proof of my names 'Alexander' and 'Singaraya Alexander Arokianathan' refer me only and the same to be produced before the concerned authority to publish my correct name as 'Alexander'.

Verified on the 4th day of April of this year 2011 that the contents of my above affidavit are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing matter has been concealed therefrom.

That I am the deponent herein. My name is 'Vijaya' as found in my daughter Sasigala's Birth Certificate in mother's column, whose date of birth is 2-6-1984 and registered with the Registrar of Villianur Commune Panchayat, bearing Registration No. T/1984/00143, the same name 'Vijaya' is also found in my elder son Poobalan's Birth Certificate in mother's column whose date of birth is 5-2-1986 and registered with the Registrar of Villianur Commune Panchayat, bearing Registration No. T/l986/00039. But in my Election Identity Card No. PY/01/018/045542, issued by Electoral Registration Officer for Ozhukarai Constituency, Pondicherry, my name is found as 'Kuppammal' and also in my Family Ration Card No. 034910, issued by the Director of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Pondicherry, dated 15-7-1995, the same name 'Kuppammal' is found in Tamil. But my name is 'Kuppammal alias Vijaya' as found in my younger son Manimaran's Birth Certificate in mother's column, whose date of birth is 14-3-1987 and registered with the Registrar of Villianur Commune Panchayat, bearing Registration No. T/1987/00051, dated 16-3-1987.

I therefore hereby declare that from the various aforesaid records, my names are 'Vijaya' and 'Kuppammal' or 'Vijaya alias Kuppammal' refer to none other than me only.
