Hence, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is ordered to be reinstated but not entitled for continuity of service and back wages. Accordingly, this point is answered.

14. In the result, the industrial dispute is partly allowed and the respondent management is hereby directed to reinstate the petitioner into service. However, he is not entitled for continuity of service and back wages. No costs.

2. The said adoption entitles and enjoins the adopted to have the surname of the adopter, namely, myself to his own name by virtue of 347 of the French Civil Code as in force in the Union territory of Puducherry.

3. I, therefore hereby declare on behalf of the said 'Aravindaraj Bruno', my adopted son and a minor, for himself and for his remoter issues that the said 'Aravindaraj Bruno' shall be hereafter called, known and distinguished not by his former name 'Aravindaraj Bruno' and in place thereof and in substitution therefor he shall be known as 'Aravindaraj Bruno Goutaland Rosset De Greysier' and shall at all times thereafter in all records, deeds, writings and in all proceedings, dealings and transactions, private as well as public, and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name of 'Aravindaraj Bruno Goutaland Rosset De Greysier' and in substitution of his former name, 'Aravindaraj Bruno'.
