I state that the names 'Counasoundary' as found in my Birth Register and Record Sheet, 'Vasuki' as found in the Birth Certificate of my elder son Amarnath,'Vasugi alias Gunasundari' as found in the Birth Register of my younger son Emayavarman and 'Vasuki alias Gunasundari' as found in the Family Ration Card and in the Voter's Identity Card of my elder son Amarnath, are one and the same and refer to myself.
