The undermentioned person has requested for permission to set up the following industry within the Mannadipet Commune Panchayat limits as detailed below.

In conformity with rule 11 of the Pondicherry Commune Panchayats (Grant of Licences and Permissions) Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Pondicherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973, objections, if any, to the setting up of the above industry are invited to reach the undersigned within ten days from the date of publication of the notice in the official gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by the Council of this Commune Panchayat.

I state that my name spelt as 'Govindaraj' is found in my Electoral Identity Card, in my Family Ration Card and also in the Birth Certificate of my children.

I state that both the names 'Govindarassou' and 'Govindaraj' refer to one and the same person, that is mine. I state that I will sign as usual as 'Govindarassou'.

I swear and state that I was born to my parents Thiru Ramanoudjame and Tmt. Camalamballe on 6-4-1960 and was named as 'Nilavady'. I submit that I got married to Srinivasan on 2-6-1977 and after my marriage. I was known as 'Rani'.

I declare that I hereby renounce my birth name 'Nilavady' and I shall henceforth be known, called referred to and identified only as 'Rani' for knowledge of my relatives, friends, officials concerned and others after the publication of the gazette.

All this is true.
