Ms. No. 20/91/Lab., dated 23-5-1991 of the Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), it is hereby directed by Secretary to Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred to the Labour Court, Puducherry for adjudication. The Labour Court, Puducherry shall submit the award within 3 months from the date of issue of reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involed in the dispute.

In pursuance of Article 70 and 84 of the Articles of Association of the Pondicherry Industrial Promotion Development and Investment Corporation Limited, Puducherry (PIPDIC) and in accordance with the powers vested under Article 119 of the Articles of Association of PIPDIC, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to reconstitute the Board of Directors of PIPDIC, Puducherry as follows with immediate effect and until further orders.

2. Tenders superscribed as "Tender for purchase of old newspapers, empty bottles(plastic and glass) and empty drums(tin/sink)" should be addressed to the Office of the Deputy Director (Immunization), Nehru Nagar, Karaikal-609 605 on or before 18-8-2011 at 4.00 p.m. The tenders received will be opened on 18-8-2011 at 4.30 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives who may be present.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash as earnest money deposit. The deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after finalisation of the tenders.

4. The items can be inspected during office hours on any working day.

5. Sales tax will be collected extra.
