TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE For and on behalf of the President of India, the Director of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry invites sealed tenders for sale of the condemned a n d u n s e r v i c e a b l e m a t e r i a l s o f t h i s D e p a r t m e n t "as-is-where-is" condition, as mentioned in the tender schedule.

2. The tender schedule, with detailed group of materials with terms and conditions can be obtained in person from the Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry - 605 009, on all the working days during office hours up to 1.00 p.m. against payment of ` 208 (Rupees two hundred and eight only) inclusive of sales tax in cash or by demand draft, drawn in favour of the Senior Accounts Officer, Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry-605 009.

The tender schedule can also be downloaded from the official website of this department "http://styandptg.puducherry.gov. in" and in such cases a separate demand draft for an amount of ` 208 (inclusive of sales tax) towards the cost of the tender schedule shall be enclosed in addition to the demand draft for earnest money deposit.

4. The completed tender schedule in sealed cover superscribed as "Tender-cum-Public Auction for the purchase of condemned and unserviceable materials" addressed to the Director of Stationery and Printing, Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009 should be sent on or before 3.00 p.m. on 14-9-2011 and the tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of undersigned and tenderers.
