NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 31 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969 (Act No.13 of 1970), the Puducherry Planning Authority, Puducherry appointed a committee vide Notification No.220/PPA/MP/2011, dated 27-2-2012 consisting of the following members to consider the objections filed by persons including representatives of the Government department or local authorities pursuant to the Public Notice No.220/PPA/MP/2011, dated 21st November 2011 published by the said Authority in pursuance of sub-section (1) of the said section, namely :—

2. The committee shall submit a report on the objections to the Puducherry Planning Authority on or before 30th September 2012 instead of period specified in the earlier notification, dated 27-2-2012.
