In exercise of the powers conferred upon the undersigned under

s e c t i o n 1 4 4 ( 5 ) o f C r i m i n a l P r o c e d u r e C o d e , I , J . A s h o k K u m a r, I . A . S . , District Magistrate, Karaikal hereby alter the Order issued vide No. 101/Collr./ KKL/Dev./2012-13, dated 18th September 2012, as below, in view of the information

laid before me by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Karaikal.

The period of prohibition is altered as under:-

For : From 18th September 2012 19.00 hours to 24th September

19.00 hours.

Read : From 18th September 2012 19.00 hours to 17th November 2012

19.00 hours.

All other conditions remain unaltered.

At Karaikal, dated the 18th October 2012.
