LIMITED TENDER ENQUIRY
The Director of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry invites sealed tenders for the supply of the following machine.

2. The tender schedule containing detailed specifications of the above item with terms and conditions of the tender can be downloaded from the official website of "http://styandptg.puducherry.gov.in". The tender schedule can also be obtained in person from this office on all working days during office hours on payment of ` 156 (Rupees one hundred and fifty-six only) inclusive of VAT in cash or by demand draft drawn in favour of the Senior Accounts Officer, Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009 payable at Puducherry. Tender schedule can also be obtained by post on payment of ` 186 (Rupees one hundred and eighty-six only) by demand draft drawn in favour of the Senior Accounts Officer, Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry along with a requisition letter. This Directorate however is not responsible for any delay in receipt of tender documents by post.
3. The duly filled-in tender schedule consisting of technical and financial bids placed in separate covers with the superscription as indicated hereunder placed in an outer cover superscribed as tender for supply of "Wire Stitching Machine with four stitching heads (German make)" will be received by this Directorate up to 3.00 p.m. on 20-2-2013. Tender received after due date and time will not be entertained under any circumstances :
(a) Tender for supply of Wire . . Technical bid Stitching Machine with four stitching heads (German make).
(b) Tender for supply of Wire . . Financial bid Stitching Machine with four stitching heads (German make).

In conformity with rule 8 of the Puducherry Municipalities (Grant of Licences and Permissions) Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Municipalities Act, 1973, objections or representations if any, are invited from the public by the undersigned against the construction of establishment of the industry specified above within ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette.
The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by the Yanam Municipality, Yanam.
