GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY CHIEF SECRETARIAT (HOUSING) (G.O. Ms. No. 3/2013-Hg, dated 22nd February 2013) In pursuance of clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (Central Act 21 of 2000), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry has been pleased to direct that the birth and death certificates required to be issued to an applicant under rule 8 of the Puducherry Registration of Birth and Death Rules, 1999 may also be issued in the following manner, namely:–

(i) The birth and death certificates of the Yanam Municipality of Union territory of Puducherry will be issued through online in the form of the electronic record by the Common Service Centre located in the Union territory of Puducherry;

(ii) The birth and death certificates issued through online in the form of electronic record should be d i g i t a l l y s i g n e d b y t h e c o n c e r n e d R e g i s t r a r o f Birth and Death who holds the requisite "Digital Signature Certificate" as defined under clause (q) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the said Central Act 21 of 2000;

ORDER

In the G. O. Ms. No. 11/99/Hg., dated 28-6-1999 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Puducherry, certain reservation criteria has been specified by the Government in respect of all housing schemes implemented by the Town and Country Planning Department, Puducherry and Puducherry Housing Board, Puducherry. The Puducherry Housing Board, Puducherry has constructed 24 LIG flats at Valatheru, Karaikal based on the approval of Government vide G.O. Ms. No. 8/2001/Hg., dated 16-3-2001 and despite best efforts taken by the Board, 21 out of 24 LIG flats remained without takers. In this connection the220 LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [12 March 2013 Puducherry Housing Board stated that it finds no way to dispose said flats as per the prescribed reservation criteria due to the poor demand from the public and addressed the Government for granting one time relaxation to the reservation criteria in respect of said h o u s i n g p r o j e c t a t Va l a t h e r u , K a r a i k a l v i d e I.D. Note No. PHB/EW.7/24LIG/Valatheru/KKL/2010/875, dated 19-10-2012 of Puducherry Housing Board, Puducherry.

2. After careful examination of the proposal, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to dispense with the reservation criteria in allotment of flats under 24 LIG Housing Scheme at Valatheru, Karaikal as stipulated in the G.O. Ms. No. 11/99/Hg., dated 28-6-1999 of the Chief Secretariat (Housing), Puducherry with immediate effect, subject to the following conditions:

(i) The reservation criteria is dispensed for allotment of flats under the 24 LIG Housing Scheme at Valatheru, Karaikal alone and allotment under all other housing schemes shall be made in terms of reservation criteria as specified in G. O. Ms. No. 11/99/Hg., dated 28-6-1999.

(ii) Priority shall be given to the applicants who fall under reserved categories as per the existing reservation criteria and without houses in the Union territory of Puducherry in the allotment of flats under 24 LIG Housing Scheme at Valatheru, Karaikal. This shall be indicated in the advertisement also.

The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.

PUBLIC NOTICE

The Hon'ble Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (JERC) in its tariff order, dated 12-6-2012, issued for the year 2012-13 had made a provision for the adjustment due to variation in power purchase cost on quarterly basis in the form of Fuel and Power Purchase Cost A d j u s t m e n t ( F P P C A ) f r o m a l l c o n s u m e r s e x c e p t t h e ag r i c u l t u r e a n d O n e H u t O n e B u l b ( O H O B ) . The Hon'ble Commission had also notified FPPCA formula and K-Factor and also issued a corrigendum to the aforesaid tariff order for the revision of power purchase cost from 329 PPU to 295 PPU for the purpose of calculating the FPPCA. Accordingly the department has worked out the FPPCA charges recoverable for the third quarter (October 2012 to December 2012) of 2012-13 from the applicable categories of consumers as furnished below :
