Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an industrial dispute has arisen between the management o f M / s . M a y y a z h i P e t r o l e u m , M a h e a n d o n e Thiru E. Rajan, over non-employment in respect of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it is necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab., dated 23-5-1991 of the Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), it is hereby directed by the Secretary to Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred to the Labour Court, Puducherry for adjudication. The Labour Court, Puducherry shall pass the award within 3 months from the date of issue of reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with r u l e 1 0 - B o f t h e I n d u s t r i a l D i s p u t e s ( C e n t r a l ) Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliances and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.

Tenders without earnest money deposit will be rejected. The amount of earnest money deposit will be returned to the unsuccessful bidders after the auction is over.

3. The sealed tenders reaching this office after the specific date and time will not be accepted.

4. The bid value for topping of taking auction of fallen tree will be the value fixed by Deputy Director, Agriculture Department, Yanam.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the bid amount immediately and clear the auctioned tree within four days from the college premises at his own risk and expenses.

6. Sales tax at the prevailing rate at the time of auction will be collected.

7. It will be deemed to have entrusted tree to the bidder the safety of the tree lies upon the responsibility by the bidder. This office will not be responsible.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the above said tree in the college premises with permission of the undersigned during office hours before 9-4-2013.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are invited for sale of old answer papers belonging to the Office of the Controller of Examinations, Bharathidasan Government College for Women, Puducherry.

2. The tenders in sealed cover superscribed as "Tender for the purchase of old answer papers" should be addressed to the Principal, Bharathidasan Government College for Women, Puducherry-605 003, so as to reach her on or before 3.00 p.m. on 17-4-2013. The tender will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers present. The tenderer who quotes the highest rate will be the successful bidder and tender will be finalised on his favour.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest money of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only). The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after finalising the tender and that of those successful bidder will be deducted towards the cost of the items.

4. Further, in the event of successful bidder failing to pay the cost in full and lift the old answer papers at the agreed rate at their own expenses before the close of third day counted from the date of receipt of communication from this college, the earnest money deposit will be once and forever forfeited in favour of the Government and the concerned tenderer will lose the right of removal of the items. If the said third day happens to be a Government holiday, the date will be extended till the next working day on receipt of specific request in writing, from the tenderer.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender w i t h o u t a s s i g n i n g a n y r e a s o n w h a t s o e v e r. Any contravention of the rules of tender notice will result in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.

6. No claim about the quantity, quality and the value of the sold goods will be admitted after the tender is finalised. The removal of items from this institution shall be only during working hours.

7. Sales tax will be collected as per existing rates.

8. The successful tenderer should make his own arrangements to weigh the old answer papers subject to the satisfaction of the undersigned in regard to weighment.

No. 3377/4046, dated 8-2-2010, through Tillai and Co., 54, Jawaharlal Nehru Street, P u d u c h e r r y i n w h i c h m y n a m e i s m e n t i o n e d as 'Thilagam'. In my Indian Bank, Kamaraj Salai branch Savings Bank Account No. 60921484470, in which my name is spelled as 'R. Sambouraname'. I met difficulties to explain the differences in my name and spelling .

I hereby sworn on oath and declare that 'Sambouraname' as appeared in my Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook and Thilagam as appeared in my L.P.G. book and 'Sambouraname' alias 'Thilagam' as appeared in my Marriage Invitation ; are all my names and identified myself only. Nothing is concealed for the purpose of this affidavit. The contents of this affidavit are true and correct. Any of the contents find false in future, I shall undertake to face any legal consequences.
