TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of the following materials are lying in the premises of the E.S.I. Hospital, Gorimedu will be disposed off by public auction.
Rate to be quoted (a) Hypo Solution (per litre) . . `
(b) X-ray film (per Kg.) . . `
(c) Old Tamil newspapers (per Kg.) . . `
(d) Old English newspapers (per Kg.) . . `
2. The tenders in sealed cover superscribing as "Tender for the purchase of the Hypo solution and X-ray films and n e w s p a p e r s " should be addressed to the Medical Superintendent, E.S.I. Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry and sent to this office on or before 7-6-2013 at 10.45 a.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 11.00. a.m. in the presence of the tenderers present at that time. If the day for opening the tender happens to be a public holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received and opened by the same time on the next working day.
4. T h e i n t e n d i n g t e n d e r e r s s h o u l d deposit an amount of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) in cash as earnest money deposit with this office while submitting the tenders.
5. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tenders are finalised.
6. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.
7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
8. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount of bid immediately and should remove the condemned articles within 24 hours at his own risk and expenses.
9. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected extra.
10. The materials can be inspected during office hours on any working day of this office.
11. No claim about the quantity/quality and value of the items will be entertained after opening the tenders.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.
