ORDER
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 77 of the Puducherry Value Added Tax Act, 2007 (Act No. 9 of 2007) and all other powers enabling in this behalf and in supersession of the Orders No. 3876/CTD/ VAT/2007, dated 9th May 2008 published in Extraordinary Part-I, Gazette of Puducherry, No. 36, dated 13th May 2008 and No. 1793/CTD/VAT/2011-12, dated 6th May 2011 published in Extraordinary Part-I, Gazette of Puducherry, No. 60, dated 9th May 2011, the Union Territory level "Authority for Clarification and Advance Rulings" is hereby reconstituted with immediate effect with the following officers, namely:-
LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [ PART-I 536 536(i) Deputy Commissioner (CT)

(ii) Commercial Tax Officer (IW)
. . Member
(iii) Commercial Tax Officer (IAC-I) . . Member-
Secretary.
2. In the absence of the Chairperson/Member due to leave or transfer, any other officer of the Commercial Taxes Department not below the rank of Deputy Commissioner/Assistant Commissioner shall function as Chairperson and an officer not below the rank of Commercial Tax Officer shall function as member of the abovesaid authority.
