NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Maritime Zones of India (Regulation of Fishing by Foreign Vessels) Act, 1981 (Central Act 42 of 1981) read with the Notification No. S.O. 2134, dated 1st June 1982 of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry hereby empowers the Judicial Magistrate-I, Puducherry to pass any sentence prescribed under the provisions of the said Act.
