The undermentioned person has requested for permission to setup the following industry within the Mannadipet Commune Panchayat limits as detailed below.

In conformity with rule 11 of the Puducherry Commune Panchayats (Grant of Licences and Permissions) Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973, objections, if any, to the setting up of the abovesaid industry are invited to reach the undersigned within ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by this Commune Panchayat.

I, M. Couppammalle @ Vimala, wife of M. Marimouttou, Hindu, aged 62 years and residing at No. 25, Lally Tholanthal Street, Puducherry-605 001, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:

I state that my name has been mentioned in French spelling as 'Couppammalle' in my Aadhaar Card No. 4000 1464 2764 issued by Unique Identification Authority of India, Government of India and whereas my name was entered as 'Kuppammal @ Vimala' in my Central Bank Savings Bank Account Passbook and in my Electoral Identity Card No. PY/01/003/024005 issued by Election Commission of India.
