The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers who are present. The highest bid amount will be taken as lowest rate. From this rate onwards, open auction will be conducted with the tenderers present at that time. The tenderer who have asked highest rate will be the final for each item of newspapers i.e. per kilogram.

5. The intending tenderers may inspect the old newspapers and magazines in the premises of the Office of the Council of Ministers during office hours on or before 23-7-2013.
6. It may noted that the undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason. Contravention of the rules of tender notice will result in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.
8. The successful tenderer should make his own arrangements to weigh the old newspapers and magazines subject to the satisfaction of the undersigned in regard to weighment. The cost of the old newspapers and magazines along with the sales tax admissible will be collected as per rules and remove the newspapers and magazines from the premises of this office within 24 hours from the time of acceptance of his tender, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
