NOTIFICATION
It is hereby notified that the original S.S.L.C. Mark Certificate, bearing Register Number 362924 of March 1999, in respect of S. Premalatha, an ex-pupil of Immaculate Heart of Mary's Higher Secondary School, Puducherry is reported to have been lost and beyond the scope of recovery and it is proposed to issue a duplicate certificate. If the original certificate is to be found by anybody, it should be sent to the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai-6 for cancellation, as it is no longer valid.
NOTIFICATION
Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an industrial dispute has arisen between the management of M/s. Ravikumar Distilleries Limited and Ravikumar Distilleries Labour Union, over charter of demands in respect of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it is necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated vide G.O.Ms. No. 20/90/Lab./1, dated 23-5-1991 of the Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (POWER) DEPARTMENT conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), it is hereby directed by Secretary to Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred to the Industrial Tribunal/Labour Court, Puducherry for adjudication.
The Labour Court/Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry shall pass the award within 3 months from t h e d a t e of issue (G.O. Ms. No. 18, dated 9th July 2013) NOTIFICATION
In pursuance of clause 4 of the Articles of Association of the Puducherry Power Corporation Limited, Puducherry, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry has been pleased to convey the approval for amendment to the Memorandum of Association of the said Corporation so as to give effect to the Board's decision, namely:—
AMENDMENT
After the existing sub-clause (12) of clause (a) of Article-III of the Memorandum of Association of the said Corporation, the following shall be inserted, namely:—
"13. To set up, establish, operate and maintain power generation stations and carry out power trading and acquiring interest in power generation and power trading".
(By order of the Lieutenant-Governor) of reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance and witnesses to the Labour Court, Puducherry within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.

(1) W h e t h e r t h e d i s p u t e r a i s e d b y Ravikumar Distilleries Labour Union a g a i n s t t h e m a n a g e m e n t o f M/s. Ravikumar Distilleries Private Limited, Puducherry over charter of demands in respect of wage revision and other welfare measures is justified or not ? If so, what relief, they are entitled to?
(2) To compute the relief, if any awarded in terms of money, if it can be so computed.

ORDER
Whereas, Shri A. Nagooran Stalin, Construction Helper (Work Charged) had been convicted on a criminal charge under section 302 IPC and sentenced to undergo life imprisonment and was asked to pay fine of ` 1,000 in default to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of fifteen days, by the learned A d d i t i o n a l S e s s i o n Judge, Puducherry at Karaikal in S.C.No. 30/2010, dated 19-10-2010 as the prosecution has proved that the said official had the intention to murder the injured Rajalakshmi and he has caused her death by doing an act with an intention of causing such bodily injuries as is likely to cause death;

Pandiyan, an ex-pupil of Government Higher Secondary School, Karayambuthur is reported to have been lost and beyond the scope of recovery and it is proposed to issue a duplicate certificate. If the original certificate is to be found by anybody, it should be sent to the Director of Government Examinations, Chennai-6 for cancellation, as it is no longer valid.

And whereas, he had appealed in the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras against the said judgment of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Karaikal and the Hon'ble High Court had allowed the appeal and held on 1-7-2011 in C.A. No. 682/2010 that the accused Thiru A. Nagooran Stalin was guilty o f h a v i n g caused a grievous injury viz., fracture of C5 bone in the spinal column of the victim Rajalakshmi by assaulting her with the hand and foot and thereby committed an offence under section 325 of IPC and modified the sentence and imposed the punishment of three years of rigorous imprisonment and a fine of ` 1,000 in default to undergo 15 days simple imprisonment and consequently he was imprisoned on 19-10-2010 and was released on 27-1-2013 after he earned a remission for 7 months 24 days;
And whereas, it is considered that the conduct of the said Thiru A. Nagooran Stalin, Construction Helper (Work Charged) which has led to his conviction is such as to render his further retention in the public service undesirable;
And whereas, Thiru A. Nagooran Stalin was given an opportunity of personal hearing and offer his written explanation;
ORDER
O n a t t a i n i n g t h e a g e o f s u p e r a n n u a t i o n , Thiru V. Krishnamurthy, Assistant Engineer (Electrical), Division-IV, Electricity Department, Puducherry is admitted into retirement with effect from the afternoon of 31-7-2013.
