In conformity with rule 11 of the Puducherry Commune Panchayats (Grant of Licences and Permissions) Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973, objec- tions, if any, to the setting up of the above industries are invited to reach the Commissioner, Villianur Commune Panchayat within ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by this Commune Panchayat.

CHANGE OF NAME

I , Haja Bahath, son of R.M. Aly and Habsa Ummal, aged 32 years, Muslim, merchant, residing at No. 42, Sunnambukara Street, Karaikal, do hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state as follows:

My birth name is 'Haja Bahath'. In all the records relating to me such as my Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate and in my Passport my name is given as 'Haja Bahath'. Now due to numerological factors, I have decided to change my name as 'Haja Fahad'.
