4. As far as the premium amount to be collected from all farmers, the premium subsidy is 50% for this season as per G.O. Ms. No. 8/Coop., dated 18-10-2007. Further, as provided in the scheme indemnity claims will be settled only on the basis of yield data furnished by the Government of Puducherry based on requisite number of Crop Cutting Experiments (CCEs) conducted under General Crop Estimation Survey (GCES).

W h e r e a s , t h e G o v e r n m e n t o f P u d u c h e r r y vide G.O. Ms. No. 41, dated 5-8-2003 of Home Department has instituted a trophy namely, the Chief Secretary's Police Trophy for Best Police Station to be awarded every year and to be presented by the Hon'ble Chief Minister on the occasion of the Independence Day;

And whereas, the committee headed by the Deputy Inspector-General of Police for selection of the Best Police Station has forwarded the recommendation for Best Police Station to the Inspector-General of Police. Based on the recommendation, Inspector- General of Police has selected the Town Police Station, Karaikal for the award of the Chief Secretary's Police Trophy for the Best Police Station for the year 2012;

Now, the selection of the Town Police Station, Karaikal made by the Inspector-General of Police is accepted by the Government and accordingly the To w n P o l i c e S t a t i o n , K a r a i k a l i s a w a r d e d t h e Chief Secretary's Trophy for Best Police Station for the year 2012, which will be presented by the Hon'ble Chief Minister on the occasion of the Independence Day, 2013.

Pondicherry Road Transport Corporation Limited, Puducherry and its union Bharathiya Road Transport Corporation Workshop Labour Union, over charter of demands in respect of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it is necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/90/Lab./1, dated 23-5-1991 of the Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), it is hereby directed by Secretary to Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred to the Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry for adjudication. The Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry shall pass the award within 3 months from the date of issue of reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with rule 10-B of the Industrial Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliances and witnesses to the Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.
