Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated vide G.O.Ms. No. 20/90/Lab./1, dated 23-5-1991 of the Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), it is hereby directed by Secretary to Government (Labour) that the said dispute be referred to the Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry for adjudication. The Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry shall pass the award within 3 months from th e d a t e of issue of reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A) of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and in accordance with r u l e 1 0 - B o f t h e I n d u s t r i a l D i s p u t e s ( C e n t r a l ) Rules, 1957. The party raising the dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with relevant documents, list of reliance and witnesses to the Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry within 15 days of the receipt of the order of reference and also forward a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite parties involved in the dispute.

Whereas, an order was made vide reference cited under sub-section (1) of section 126 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, directing the winding up of the affairs of the F a thi m a H i g h e r S e c o n d a r y S c h o o l Students', Co-operative Stores Limited, No. P.-365;

And whereas, the financing bank viz. the Pondicherry State Co-operative Bank Limited was consulted in the matter of appointment of a liquidator, as required under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the said Act;

And whereas, the Pondicherry State Co-operative Bank has stated that it has no objection for the appointment of a liquidator for the said stores;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, I hereby appoint Thiru N. Pughazendhi, Co-operative Officer, as the liquidator for the purpose of winding up of the said stores.

Thiru N. Pughazendhi, liquidator, shall take into his custody all the properties, effects and actionable claims to which the said stores is or appears to be entitled and complete the liquidation proceedings as per law.
