2. Tenders in sealed covers superscribed on the envelope as "Tender for the purchase of old Tamil and English newspapers" should be addressed to the Director, Department of Women and Child Development, Puducherry. The tenders should reach the undersigned on or before 11.00 a.m. on 27-9-2013 and will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same day.
