The successful tenderer should pay the entire quoted/bid amount as soon as the offer is accepted and the old newspapers and journals are weighed. The old newspapers and journals should be cleared within 24 hours from the time of weighing and the payment is made therefor with the prior permission of the undersigned. If the tenderer fails to clear the old newspapers and the journals in the stipulated time, the ground rent at ` 15 (Rupees fifteen only) per day will be collected from the tenderer until they are cleared.

8. Sales tax/VAT will be collected as per rules in force. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or to postpone the auction without assigning any reason thereof and in case of any dispute, the decision of the auctioning authority will be final and binding.
