GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY 4. The earnest money deposit of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) should be deposited along with the tenders. The earnest money deposit will be returned to the unsuccessful tenderers after completing the tender process.

7. The successful bidder should pay the entire amount immediately soon after the confirmation of the tender sale and take delivery of the available materials at his own risk. Subsequently the accumulated materials in stores should be cleared at the last week of every month. The tenders received after the due date and time will not be accepted.
