Anto The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to d e c l a r e P u b l i c H o l i d a y o n 1 5 - 1 1 - 2 0 1 3 ( F r i d a y ) for all Government Offices and Institutions in the Union territory of Puducherry on account of Muharram (Ashuraday) u n d e r t h e N e g o ti a b l e Instruments Act, 1881, in lieu of Restricted Holiday already declared vide G.O. Ms. No. 75, dated 12-11-2013 of Home Department, Puducherry.
