AMENDMENT

In the G.O. Ms. No. 3/FY, dated 27-3-2012, in paragraph 5, for sub-paragraph (j), the following shall be substituted namely:–

"(j) All creation, upgradation, replacement of assets envisaged for all categories under this relief package shall be completed within a maximum of 360 days of the 1st stage of payment".

2. All other items mentioned in the Government order shall remain unaltered.

3. This sanction issues with the approval of the Chief Accounting Authority/the Chief Secretary to Government and approval of the Competent Authority/ His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor. The advice of internal Finance/Integrated Finance was conveyed vide U.O. No. 3248/2013-14/F4, dated 4-12-2013.
