3. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) as earnest money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender sale is over.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will be summarily rejected.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

Sathish, an ex-trainee of Government Industrial Training Institute (Men), Karaikal in the trade of Auto Rickshaw and Four Wheeler Driving Mechanism for the period from September 2003 to August 2004 is reported to have been lost due to fire accident and it is proposed to issue duplicate certificate to the candidate.

7. The intending tenderers may inspect the old condemned furniture items during office hours on any working day with the permission of the undersigned in the Office of the Deputy Inspector of Schools, Zone-I and eleven Government Primary Schools under his control.

8. No claim on the quantity and quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender is admitted.

9. VAT at the rate applicable will be charged @ 10%.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.
