The names 'Kaviya' and 'Kaviya Mercy', refer, identify, relate to one and the same person, that is my first minor daughter only. I shall be known and identified by the name 'Michael Joseph' and similarly my three daughters shall be known and identified by the names 'Kaviya Mercy', 'Arul Jothi' and 'Sophiya' only respectively.
