TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram for the scrap wastepaper are invited for sale in as-is-where-is condition as detailed below:

2. Tenders superscribed as "Tender for the purchase of scrap wastepaper" should be addressed in a sealed cover to the undersigned so as to reach this office on or before 3.00 p.m. on 10-7-2014. The received tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of those tenderers or their representatives, who are present at that time.
e - TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF POULTRY FEED e-Tenders are invited for the supply of Poultry Feed on behalf of the President of India by the Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Welfare, Puducherry for the year 2014-2015.
2. The bidders with digital signature certificate should submit their tender online only at the Government website : pudutenders.gov.in.
3. The tender details and terms and conditions may also be downloaded from the website : www.py.gov.in and http://ahd.puducherry.gov.in for reference. Tenders will be processed online only; hence, submission of hardcopy alone will not be accepted.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash as earnest m o n e y d e p o s i t b e f o r e s u b m i t t i n g t h e i r t e n d e r s . The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after the finalisation of the tender.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.
5. If the opening day of the tender happens to be holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day.
6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire amount immediately along with the sales tax, if any and clear all the items within 24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposited will be forfeited into the Government account. The selected tenderer weigh the scrap wastepapers on his own arrangement.
7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof.
8. No claim on the quantity of the scrap wastepaper will be admitted once the tender is finalised.
9. The intending tenderers may inspect the scrap wastepaper at this office during office hours from 10-6-2014 onwards.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY sold in public auction in as-is-where-is condition on 2-7-2014 at 11.00 a.m. in the premises of the Chief Stores, Police Department, Gorimedu, Puducherry-6.
2. The intending bidders should deposit an amount of ` 2,500 (Rupees two thousand and five hundred only) towards earnest money deposit by way of demand draft drawn in favour of the Superintendent of Police (HQ), Puducherry and get receipt from the Chief Stores, Gorimedu, Puducherry.
3. The auction will be knocked down in favour of the highest bidder.
4. Earnest money deposit will be returned immediately to the unsuccessful bidders after the auction is over.
5. The officer, who conducts the auction reserves every right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.
6. The successful bidder should pay the entire amount immediately after confirmation of the auction on or before removal of the auctioned items.
7. The auctioned articles should be removed within 24 hours from the conclusion of auction at his own expenses with the permission of the officer conducting the auction. This department will not be responsible for the safe custody of the auctioned articles till they are removed from the spot once auction is confirmed.
8. The intending bidders may inspect the condemned articles at any time during office hours in the campus of the Chief Stores, Gorimedu with the prior permission of the undersigned.
