The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by this Commune Panchayat.

I, Raja, son of Arumugam and residing at the house No. 69-B, Mariamman Koil Street, Jeevanandapuram, Pakkamudayanpet, Puducherry-605 008, solemnly affirm and state on oath and declare as follows:

That I am the deponent herein and well aware of the facts of the deposition.

That in my Birth Certificate registered under Registration No.O/1979/1218 with the Oulgaret Municipality, in my Electoral Identity Card under No. GKY0413583 issued by the Election Commission of India and in my daughter Ramya's Certificate of Birth registered under Registration No. M/2009/01989 registered with the Puducherry Municipality, my name has been mentioned as 'Raja'.
