NOTIFICATION-I
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Puducherry Civil Courts Act, 1966 (Act No. 12 of 1966) and in supersession of the Notification-I, issued in G.O. Ms. No. 40/20l3-LD, dated 19th November 2013 and p ub lished in the Extr ao rd inar y Gazette o f Pud ucherr y, No . 7 9 , d ated 22nd November 2013, save as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to fix the number of the following Civil Courts in the entire Union territory of Puducherry as indicated in column (3) of the Table below for the purposes of the said Act, namely:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 3 of the Puducherry Civil Courts Act, 1966 (Act No. 12 of 1966) and in supersession of the Notification-II issued in G.O. Ms. No. 40/20l3-LD, dated 19th November 2013 and published in the Extraordinary Gazette of Puducherry, No. 79, dated 22nd November 2013 save as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to specify the local limits of the jurisdiction as mentioned in column (3) of the Table below in respect of the Courts as mentioned in column (2) of the said Table, namely:-

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Puducherry Civil Courts Act, 1966 (Act No. 12 of 1966) and in supersession of the Notification-III issued in G.O. Ms. No. 18/2010-LD, dated 16th June 2010 and published in the Official Gazette of Puducherry, No. 28, dated 13th July 2010, save as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to fix the places specified in column (2) of the Table below as the p lace s at which the co ur t s mentio ned in the corresponding entries in column (3) of the said Table shall be held for purpose of the said Act, namely:-
