TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Public auction for sale of old/unserviceable articles of Mortuary Chamber belonging to the Government General Hospital, Yanam in as-is-where-is condition in one by public auction on 6-10-2014 in this office at 3.30 p.m.

Terms and conditions

It is hereby informed that the original Provisional and National Trade Certificate of Thiru R. Sivabalan, son of Ravichandiran, an ex-trainee of Government ITI (Men), Mettupalayam, Puducherry in the trade of Fitter for the period from August 2008 to July 2010 is reported to have been lost due to fire accident and it is proposed to issue duplicate certificate to the candidate.

NOTIFICATION

It is hereby informed that the original National Apprenticeship Certificate of Thiru A. Rajavelu, son of Arumugam, Puducherry who has undergone Apprenticeship Training in the Department of Fisheries and Fishermen Welfare, Puducherry in the trade of Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Mechanic for the period from 5-1-2010 to 4-1-2011 is reported to have been lost beyond the scope of recovery and it is proposed to issue duplicate certificate to the candidate. If the National Apprenticeship Certificate is found by anybody, it should be sent to the undersigned as it is no longer valid.

3. The successful bidders should pay the entire amount soon after completion of auction and should clear the auctioned materials at his own arrangements and cost before 5.00 p.m. on the same day failing which the Deputy Director, Government General Hospital, Yanam will not be held responsible either for the safe custody or loss or damage of articles once the auction is over.

4. Sales tax will be charged extra as per the applicable rate at the time of auction for the bid amount.

5. No claim on the quantity of the articles will be admitted once the auction is over.

6. The intending bidders can inspect the unserviceable articles during the office hours up to 3.00 p.m. on 6-10-2014 with the permission of the undersigned.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning any reason thereof.
