In conformity with rule 11 of the Puducherry Commune Panchayats (Grant of Licences and Permissions) Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973, objections, if any, to the setting up of the above industry are invited to reach the Commissioner, Nedungadu Commune Panchayat within ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette.
The objections, so received within the specified period will be considered by this Commune Panchayat.

I am the deponent in this affidavit and well acquainted with the contents of the same.
I was born on 8-11-1980 to my parents Sarangapani and Kasturi at St. Joseph Hospital, Puducherry and the same has been duly registered in the Puducherry Municipality. I have married one Thirumaran on 20-8-2006 at Villianur, Puducherry. I was using my name as 'S. Hemalatha' prior to my marriage. My initial 'S' refers my father 's name Sarangapani. After my marriage I have been using my name as 'T. Hemalatha'. The initial 'T' refers my husband's name Thirumaran. So, the above names 'S. Hemalatha' and 'T. Hemalatha' are refer to one and the very same person, i.e. myself.
