2. Dearness Allowance: The officer shall be entitled to Dearness Allowance under the rules of the parent department or under the rules of the borrowing department according as she retains the scale of pay under the parent department or she draws pay in the scale attached to the post under borrowing department. 3. Local Allowances and HRA: These allowances shall be regulated under the rules of the borrowing department.
4. Children's Educational Allowance: The officer shall be entitled either to claim the Children's Education Allowance from the State Government as laid down in 8. Provident Fund benefits: During the period of deputation, the officer shall continue to subscribe to the Provident Fund on her parent department to which she has been subscribing when she was placed on deputation, in accordance with the rules of such fund.
9. Leave Travel Concession: The officer shall be entitled to Leave Travel Concession as admissible to the employees of Government of Puducherry.
10. Medical Concession and Residential Accommodation: The officer shall be entitled to these concessions under the rules of service as applicable to the Judicial Officers in the grade of District Judge under the Government of Puducherry.
11. During the period of deputation, the officer shall be entitled to draw other allowances and benefits wherever applicable, as specified in G.O. Ms. No. 62/2006-LD, dated 8-9-2006 of the Law Department, Puducherry.

The sealed tenders should be addressed to the Deputy Director, Directorate of Census Operations, No. 250, II Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Street, Puducherry- 605 001 duly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for the purchase of old/unserviceable items" and should reach this office on or before 7-11-2014 at 2.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. in the presence of the attending tenderers.
2. The rate should be offered for each lot separately. Tenderers may quote rate for single or multiple lots. The highest rate quoted for each lot will be treated as minimum bid amount and then the public auction will be started.
3. The intending bidders should deposit an amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) as earnest money in cash before 2.00 p.m. on the day of auction.
4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded after the auction is over. For the successful bidder, it will be adjusted in the sale value.
