I state that in his Birth Certificate and in the said certificate, both registered under Registration No. 71/1971, dated 9-3-1901 and 172/2006/N, dated 11-9-2006 respectively, my paternal grandfather 's name has been mentioned as 'Mourouguessane Lenine'. I state that during his life time, my paternal grandfather has renounced the Indian Personal Laws on his own and subjected himself to French Laws for his personal affairs and for the same he also made a declaration regarding the same. The said declaration also registered in the850 LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [25 November 2014 Office of the Registrar of Births and Ðeaths of Puducherry under Registration No. 3/1936. In the said declaration also, his name has been mentioned as 'Mourouguessane Lenine'.

I state that as my paternal grandfather and father, during their life time were known and called along with our family name 'Lenine'.
