1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called
the Puducherry Minor Minerals (Concession) Amendment Rules, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force on and from the date of their
publication in the official gazette.
2. Amendment of Schedule-I— In the Puducherry Minor
Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1977 for the existing Schedule-I, the following
shall be substituted, namely:—
