NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-clause (vi) of clause (n) of section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947), read with item 10 o f the First Schedule ther eund er, the Lieutenant-Gover no r, Puducherry is pleased to declare the Fire Brigade Service of the Government of Puducherry as a Public Utility Service for a further period of six months from 22nd October 2014 to 21st April 2015 in the exigencies of public interest.
