ORDER
Consequent on the formation of the "Puducherry State Higher Education Council" for the Union territory of Puducherry under the "Rashtriya Uchchatar Shiksha Abhiyan" (RUSA), a Centrally Sponsored Scheme of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, New Delhi and the constitution of the selection committee for the appointment of the first council vide G.O. Ms. 118, d at ed 1 2 - 11 -2 0 1 4 o f t he C hi ef Se c r e ta r i a t ( Ed u ca ti o n ) , P ud u ch er r y, the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry is pleased to constitute the first council based on the recommendations of the said selection committee. The composition of the first council of the "Puducherry State Higher Education Council" shall consist of the following members, namely:-

2. The terms of reference of the council is as enumerated vide G.O. Ms. 112, dated 20-10-2014 of the Chief Secretariat (Education), Puducherry.
