3. The tenders in sealed cover superscribed with the words "Tender for the purchase of old newspapers" should be addressed to 'The Employment Officer, District Employment Exchange, Karaikal' so as to reach this office on or before 3.00 p.m. on 22-1-2015 and the tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.

5. Interested tenderer should deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 100 (Rupees one hundred only) in cash along with the tender. The earnest money deposit of 6. Interested tenderer may inspect the said old newspapers during the office hours on any working day with the permission of the undersigned.

7. The undersigned reserves the right either to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. Contravention of the rules of the tender notice will result in the forefeiture of the earnest money deposit.

8. The successful tenderer shall arrange to weigh the old newspapers and pay the cost thereof along with the applicable sales tax and remove the old newspapers within 24 hours from the time of the tender sale is over.

9. Failure to remove the old newspapers in time will result in forfeiture of the earnest money deposit paid. This department will not be responsible for loss or shortage or damage of the old newspapers, which has been disposed off after the receipt of the payment.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be final.

1. My son Sabarimalai Batcha name found in his (1) Birth Certificate, (2) Unique Identification Authority of India Acknowledgment Copy as 'Sabarimalai Batcha', this lengthy name not covered in the computerised application form.

2. Therefore, he abandoned his subsequent letters portion 'Malai Batcha', he retained the front name of 'Sabari' only, henceforth he has to be known as 'Sabari'. In his future he will be called as 'Sabari'.

3. I take oath and solemnly declare/affirm that the particulars furnished by me above are true and correct and that I have not concealed or misrepresented any facts.
