NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974) and in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to establish the Court of Judicial Magistrate-IV at Puducherry to exercise the powers of Judicial Magistrate of First Class in Puducherry region.
