In the Memorandum No. A. 230151/2012/DP&AR/CC2, dated 12-11-2014, the tentative seniority list of Drivers (LMV) Grade-I who were promoted to the post of Driver (LMV) Grade-I up to 1-10-2010, has been circulated inviting objections, if any, to the seniority proposed to be assigned to them.
2. The representations against the tentative seniority list of Drivers (LMV) Grade-I, so received, from the officials concerned were carefully examined and objections with regard to fixation of seniority which are not maintainable, are rejected.
3. Accordingly, the final seniority list of Drivers (LMV) Grade-I shall be as indicated in the Annexure to this Government Order.
4. In case, the individual is not working in the department/office mentioned, this communication may be transmitted to the department/office to which the official has been transferred subsequently, under intimation to this department.

ORDER
As per "The Government of Puducherry Casual Labourers (Engagement and Regularisation) Scheme, 2009" notified vide G.O. Ms. No. 22, dated 27-2-2009 of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Personnel Wing), Puducherry, all the departments in this administration have to prepare the draft list of full-time as well as part-time casual labourers under engagement irrespective of the source of engagement on the date of notification of the above scheme and thereafter such a list shall be finalised with the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor. But, the final seniority list in respect of the full-time casual labourers engaged in the Puducherry Government Guest House, Chennai had been issued vide Memorandum No. 69177/CS (Estt.)/PGGH-CH/2010, dated 31-5-2010 of the Chief Secretariat (Estt.), Puducherry without obtaining the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor as required under the above-mentioned scheme. In order to ratify the above procedural lapse, approval of the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry is to be obtained for the issue of the final seniority list in respect of the full-time casual labourers of the Puducherry Government Guest House, Chennai in terms of the scheme mentioned above.
2. Accordingly, in supersession of the Memorandum No. 69177/CS (Estt.)/PGGH-CH/2010, dated 31-5-2010 of the Chief Secretariat (Estt.), Puducherry, approval of the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is hereby conveyed for the final seniority list of full-time casual Labourers under engagement in the Puducherry Government Guest House, Chennai, as indicated in the Annexure.
