TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram (excluding sales tax) are invited for the sale of old newspapers (Tamil and English) belonging to this office.

Rate per kilogram (1) Old Tamil newspapers . . `

(2) Old English newspapers . . `

2. Sealed tenders should be addressed to the Block Development Officer, Nehru Nagar, Karaikal duly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for the purchase of old newspapers" and should reach this office on or before 22-4-2015 at 11.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened at 3.00 p.m. on the same day itself in the presence of the tenderers, who are present in the chamber of the Block Development Officer, Karaikal.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of ` 150 (Rupees one hundred and fifty only) as earnest money deposit along with the tender.

4. The earnest money deposited by the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender process is over.

5. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.

6. The rate for Tamil newspapers and English newspapers should be quoted separately.

7. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount immediately and clear the items within 24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the deposit amount will be forfeited to Government.

8. No claim about the quantity of the articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

9. Sales tax will be charged as per rate applicable at the time of auction.

10. The intending tenderers can inspect the old n e w s p a p e r s d u r i n g t h e o f f i c e h o u r s i n t h e Block Development Office, Karaikal.

11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject/postpone the tender.

12. In case of dispute, if any, which may arise in this connection, the decision of the undersigned will be final.

Sealed tenders quoting the rate per kilogram (excluding sales tax) are invited for the sale of old newspapers (Tamil and English) and periodicals (Tamil and English) belonging to the Directorate of Art and Culture, Puducherry.

2. Sealed tenders should be addressed to the Director, Directorate of Art and Culture, Puducherry duly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for the21 April 2015] LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT 293 p ur chase o f o ld newspap er s and p er io d icals (English and Tamil)" and should reach this office on or before 4-5-2015 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers if any, in the office of the undersigned.

3 . T h e i n t e n d i n g t e n d e r e r s s h o u l d d e p o s i t a sum of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest money deposit to the Cashier, Directorate of Art and Culture, Puducherry before submitting their tenders. The tenders without earnest money deposit will be summarily rejected.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender sale is over, whereas, the earnest money deposit of the successful tenderer will be returned after the official process are completed in all respects.

5. The tenders received after the due date and time will not be entertained.

6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in part or whole without assigning any reason thereof.

7. The successful tenderer should pay the full amount including sales tax as applicable under rules in force and clear the items within 15 days from the sub-offices of this Directorate at their own risk and cost, failing which the entire amount of earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

8. Once the tender process is finished, no claim related with the quantity and quality of the newspapers/ periodicals will be admitted.

9. The intending tenderers can inspect the items during office hours in the sub-offices of this Directorate with prior permission of the undersigned.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Director will be final.

The sealed tenders should be addressed to the Principal, Tagore Arts Co llege, Puducherry d uly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for purchase of old/unserviceable grill iron gate" and sent to the undersigned and reach on or before 20-5-2015 at 11.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened at 12.00 noon on the same day in the presence of the tenderers if any, in the Office of the Principal, Tagore Arts College, Puducherry. If the day for opening tender happens to be a public holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received and opened by the same time on the next working day.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as earnest money deposit.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender is over.

5. Tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.

6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject all/any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

7. The successful tenderer should pay the entire amount immediately along with sales tax, if any and clear all the items sold within 24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited into the Government account

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the old grill gate in the store section of Tagore Arts College, Puducherry during the office hours on all working days.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

10. No claim on the quantity and quality of the old grill will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders offering the rate are invited for sale of old/unserviceable grill iron gate weight 900 kgs.

11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Principal will be final and binding.

12. Rate should be mentioned per kilogram.
