GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are invited by the undersigned item-wise for the following items of this Division office as detailed below :

Rate per kilogram (1) Old Tamil newspapers . . ` (2) Old English newspapers . . ` (3) Old rules books . . ` (4) Wastepapers . . ` 2. Tenders superscribed as "Tender for purchase of old newspapers (Tamil and English), old rules books and other wastepapers" should be addressed to the undersigned so as to reach this office on or before 19-6-2015 by 3.30 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers who are present at that time in the chamber of the undersigned.

3. The intending tenderers should remit a sum of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) as earnest money deposit in cash. The same will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers after finalisation of tender. The tenders received after the due date and time will be rejected.

4. The intending tenderers may inspect the items viz., old newspapers/old rules books/wastepapers during office hours on any working day from 15-6-2015 to 18-6-2015 with the permission of the undersigned.

5. The selected tenderer should make his own DIRECTORATE OF SCHOOL EDUCATION (SECRETARIAT WING)

arrangement for weighing and should pay the total cost (G.O. Ms. No. 3, dated 21st April 2015) NOTIFICATION

O n a t t a i n i n g t h e a g e o f s u p e r a n n u a t i o n , Thiru P. Ragottamane, Principal, Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Kadhirkamam, Puducherry is admitted into retirement with effect from the afternoon of 30-4-2015.

of all the items including tax immediately and remove the same at his own expenses within 24 hours, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. No claim on the quality/quantity will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or to postpone the auction without assigning any reason thereof.

7. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be final.
