The undermentioned person has requested for permission for enhancement of power to the following industry within the Ariankuppam Commune Panchayat limits, as detailed below.

In conformity with rule 11 of the Puducherry Commune Panchayats (Grant of Licences and Permissions) Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973, objections, if any, for enhancement of power to the above industry are invited to reach the Commissioner, Ariankuppam Commune Panchayat within ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the official gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by the Ariankuppam Commune Panchayat.

CHANGE OF NAME

I , Vij aya Sakthi, d augh ter o f Sen thil Ku mar, aged about 20 years, residing at No. 8, Mukkulathu Street, Kottucherry, Kottucherry Commune, Karaikal District, P uducherr y State, India, do hereby solemnly declare as follows:

That my name is registered as 'Vijaya Sakthi' in my Birth Certificate vide Registration No. K/1995/ 01694, dated 15-6-1995 issued by the Karaikal Municipality.

That my name is entered as 'Vijayasakthi' in my Electoral Identity Card No. SJU0050237 issued by Election Commission of India.

That my name is mentioned as '' in my Family Ration Card No.221982 issued by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Karaikal.

That both these names 'Vijayasakthi' and '' are referring me only. I am making this affirmation in order to delete the name '' from my Family Ration Card and to enter my correct name '↔' in the Family Ration Card.

That he has been known and called by others as ''.

That both these names 'Akash' and '' are refer to one and the same person, i.e., my son. I am making this affirmation in order to delete the name '' from my Family Ration Card and to enter my son's correct name '' in the Family Ration Card.
