I n p u r s u a n c e o f s u b - s e c t i o n ( 1 ) o f s e c t i o n 3 3 o f t h e P u d u c h e r r y To wn a n d C o u n t r y P l a n n i n g Act, 1969 (Act No. 13 of 1970 ), read with rule 41 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Rules, 1974, notice is hereby given that the land-uses of the below-mentioned lands have been changed from their existing land-use to other uses as detailed in respective columns mentioned below, in the Statutory Comprehensive Development Plan of Yanam in accordance with the provisions contained in section 34 (2) of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969 a nd d ul y ap p r o ve d b y t he G o ve r n me nt o f P u d uc he r r y as r e q u ir ed u nd er se ct io n 3 2 of the said Act, vide G.O.
