Notification under sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Puducherry Land
Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973 (Act No. 9 of 1974)
Under sub-section (1) of section 17 of the Puducherry Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling on Land) Act, 1973 (Act No. 9 of 1974) the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry hereby notifies that the surplus lands specified in the Schedule below, is required for a public purpose. If any further details about the lands are required, they can be had from the Office of the Authorised Officer during office hours.
