ORDER
The Government of Puducherry have decided to implement the Scheme of Free Distribution of Mixie and Grinder at free of cost to the family ration card holders of construction workers registered in the Puducherry Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. The Hon'ble Chief Minister in his address to the Legislative Assembly during the Budget Session 2015-16 made the following announcement:
"It is proposed to give Mixie and Grinder at free of cost to the family ration
card holders of construction workers during this year."
2. Approval of the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is hereby conveyed to extend the welfare benefit of providing Mixie and Grinder to all ration card holders of construction workers registered in the Board.
LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [ PART-I 452 4523. The Pondicherry Co-operative Wholesale Stores Limited (Amudhasurabi), shall undertake the task of procurement by adhering to GFR provisions and delivery of Mixies and Grinders to the family ration card holders of construction workers enrolled in the Board and who have produced coupons/tokens issued by the Puducherry Building and other Construction Workers Welfare Board (PBCWWB).
4. All construction workers registered in the Board and having a family ration card are eligible for Mixie and Grinder, at free of cost, under this scheme.
Provided that where more than one member of a family are registered in the Board only one shall be eligible to receive the benefit. The construction workers enrolled in the Board as beneficiaries as on 30-6-2015 will be considered for distribution of the items during the current year. The benefit will be distributed to an eligible family only once.
5. The entire expenditure in this regard shall be met by the Puducherry Building and other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
6. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department, Puducherry vide their I.D.No. 0368/FD/F3/15, dated 23-6-2015.
