428 LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [PART–II
1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called
the Puducherry Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation
of Employment and Conditions of Service) Amendment Rules, 2015.
(2) They shall come into force on and from the date of
publication in the official gazette of Government of Puducherry.
2. Insertion of new rule 285-B.— In the said rule, after rule 285-A,
the following shall be inserted, namely:–
"285-B.— The Board as a welfare measure may issue one Mixie
and Grinder free of cost to the family ration card holders of
construction workers on one-time basis only."
