NOTIFICATION
Puducherry Planning Authority has received request for changing the land-use in the reviewed Comprehensive Development Plan for Puducherry in respect of certain lands (as listed below) in Puducherry urban area, Puducherry. The request has been examined in detail and as a consequence, Puducherry Planning Authority proposes to make the following comprehensive variation for the area described hereunder.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to sub-section (1) of section 31, read with sub-section (2) of section 34 of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969, that a copy of the map indicating the areas included in the variation proposal will be kept for inspection during office hours between 2.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. on any working day in the Office of the Puducherry Planning Authority, Puducherry. Any person who intends to make any objections/ suggestions/representations as regards the variation proposal may do so in writing to the Member-Secretary, Puducherry Planning Authority, Jawahar Nagar, Puducherry-605 005, within sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
