1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be
called the Old Age Pension for Fishermen (Amendment) Rules, 2015.
(2) It shall come into force with effect from the date of publication
of this notification in the official gazette.
AMENDMENT
In the said rules, in clause (ix) of sub-rule (1) of rule 4, the following
shall be substituted.
"The annual family income of the applicant should be less than
` 75,000".
2. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department,
Puducherry vide their U. O. No. 1954/2015-16/F4, dated 10-8-2015.
