5. If the highest tender amount offered by the bidder is found to be not acceptable to the undersigned, public auction will be conducted on the spot keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded only after finalisation of the tenders by the competent authority.

7. The tenderer or his authorised agent (only one person) may choose to be present at the time of opening the tender. Authorised person should bring authorisation letter as prescribed.

8. Acceptance of the tender will be intimated to the successful tenderer after finalisation of the tender. Successful tenderer only allowed to clear the materials.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the total cost of articles plus sales tax/VAT thereon at the prevailing rate immediately after conclusion of the tender. The tenderers should quote their rates only, exclusive of sales tax/VAT which will be collected extra.

10. The successful tenderer should make his own arrangements to clear the articles from the premises as early as possible between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on the working days only.

11. This office will not be in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold articles.

12. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be final and binding on all the tenders.

13. All the tenderers are deemed to have read and accepted all the terms and conditions herein mentioned.
